For Peak Holiday Periods, Christmas, and January School HolidaysA holding deposit equivalent to the first night accommodation is required to secure a reservation during this period. The second bedroom has an ocean view, the third bedroom has a small balcony looking into the gardens. It is located at the front of the property directly opposite and overlooking the beach, If you like the idea of staying in a large private residence and still having access to swimming pools and spas, this property is perfect. The Town House has been recently refurbished and features two living areas, separate dining area and a large private deck looking directly over the road to Tathra Beach. The property also features a private BBQ overlooking the pool. The main bedroom has a queen size bed with ocean views. The second has either two single or a king bed. The third and forth bedrooms are down stairs with double beds, these are ideally suited for children or teenagers. in each.

The property is ideal for six persons, however can accommodate up to eight if the double beds accommodate two persons.
